We’re excited to welcome you to the ATX Open. We want to share an important update regarding parking for your upcoming tournament visit.

Due to strong attendance this year, our primary parking lot at Camp Mabry is reaching capacity earlier each day. When the lot is full, guests who have pre-purchased parking passes online will be directed to our overflow parking location at The Grove, approximately six minutes away.

Overflow Parking Locations at The Grove:

Day Session Garages (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
No need to move your vehicle after 4:00 PM, even if you’re attending the night session.

Garage 2: 4424 Jackson Avenue

Garage 3: 2612 Perseverance Drive

Night Session Garage (after 4:00PM)

Garage 1: 4301 Bull Creek Road

Step 1: Proceed to Overflow Parking
Proceed to Garage 2 or Garage 3 only.
Do not park in Garage 1 Levels 2 – 5.
Do not park on Perseverance Drive, Denali Summit Pass, or Jessie Heights as vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Step 2: Register Your Vehicle
Before leaving the garage:
Scan the garage QR code posted inside the garage. Create your Metropolis account.
Register your license plate. This is required before departing the garage.

Step 3: Take the Shuttle
Complimentary shuttles will run continuously from Jessie Heights (between Jackson Avenue and Denali Summit Pass) to Westwood Country Club and back throughout the day.

Step 4: Scan Your Validation Code
Once on the shuttle, ensure you have collected your printed validation QR code from the shuttle driver. Scan it immediately to apply the validation to your registered account. Your validation covers 18 hours from the time you park.

Step 5: Confirm Before You Leave
Before exiting the garage at the end of the day, confirm that your validation has been applied to your account.

If validation is not applied, standard garage fees may be charged.

We recommend arriving early and allowing additional time for parking and shuttle transportation.

Rideshare is also encouraged, as overflow parking availability cannot be guaranteed each day. If you prefer to request a refund for your parking pass, please contact tickets@atxopen.com.

MAIN DRAW PARKING (ONLY February 23 – March 1)

Location: Camp Mabry (2200 W 35th St, Austin, TX 78703)

Cost: $15 per session (includes taxes & fees) – Purchase Now! (Some sessions may be sold out)

Shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service to and from Westwood Country Club

Schedule: Runs continuously from Camp Mabry, starting 1 hour before matches (2 hours before on February 28 & March 1). Ends 1 hour after the final match. Check the tournament schedule for gate and match start times

Important: Parking pass allows one-time entry per ticket, per session

Valid Government IDs Required to enter Camp Mabry. All guests 18 and over, in the vehicle, will be asked to present a valid ID. Upon return to Camp Mabry from the tournament, IDs will again need to be presented.

DURATION TICKET HOLDERS

Receive one complimentary set of parking passes (12 total, one per session) electronically

RIDESHARE (UBER/LYFT/TAXIS)

Drop-off & Pick-up: W 35th St & Mount Bonnell Rd intersection

Walk-in Access: Fans can walk directly into the tournament grounds

Signage: Directional signs will guide rideshare drivers

BIKE PARKING

Location: Near The Contemporary – Laguna Gloria (3809 W 35th St, Austin, TX 78703)
