Jessica Pegula Withdraws from ATX Open Due to Injury
February 24, 2026
Family Day at the ATX Open was a full-scale celebration of tennis, community, and family fun from the moment the gates opened on Sunday morning. Supported by Dell Children’s as Youth Impact Sponsor, alongside Racquet Lifestyle, USTA Texas, DropShot Series, and Championship Sponsor Latham & Watkins, the grounds quickly filled with young players, parents, and fans ready for a full day of activity on and off the court.
Throughout the day, kids participated in on-court clinics led by local coaches and USTA Texas instructors. Around the grounds, Austin favorite Miss Jellybean brought energy with face painting and balloon art, while families captured the day at the interactive photo booth experience.
Later, local tennis parody band The Unstrung Heroes took the Live Off Court Stage, entertaining parents and kids alike. Between activities, fans moved in and out of the stadium to catch high-level action during the final day of qualifying play.
