Learn how to access and manage your tickets.
All tickets purchased through atxopen.com will be delivered directly to the purchaser via email shortly after purchase.
Print-at-home tickets will be emailed to the purchaser as a PDF attachment. Email/mobile tickets will be emailed and accessible through a link within the delivery email. Via a ‘VIEW TICKETS’ link within the email, ticket holders will be able to access their unique QR code for scanning upon tournament entry.
The email address that tickets are delivered from is, info@nliven.co. Searching for emails from this address in both your inbox and spam/junk folders can be helpful when attempting to locate a confirmation email or tickets.
Tickets for any orders placed prior to January 1, 2023, were delivered via email to the purchaser in January.
Note: All purchasers will receive both a confirmation email and email(s) containing their tickets shortly after purchase. If you have ordered tickets for multiple tournament events (sessions) your tickets may arrive in separate emails and attachments.
Tickets may be used to gain access to the tournament grounds based upon your chosen method of delivery – ‘Print-at-home’ or ‘Email/Mobile’.
Print-at-home tickets will be emailed to the purchaser as a PDF attachment. This PDF attachment should be printed prior to coming on-site.
Email/mobile tickets will be emailed and accessible through a link within the delivery email. Via a ‘VIEW TICKETS’ link within the email, ticket holders will be able to access their unique QR code for scanning upon tournament entry. Printed email/mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry.
The best practice for sharing email/mobile tickets with a separate user is to simply forward the email containing a link to your mobile ticket(s) to the new user’s email address. You may also take a screenshot of your ticket QR code to share with a new user. Please note that each email/mobile ticket (QR code) may only be scanned once.
Print-at-home tickets should be printed and physically transferred to the new user.
